Q: What is BumbleCash?
A: BumbleCash is an affiliate program for webmasters to be able to promote Mac & Bumble and MaxGlamour and get paid as an affiliate for doing so.

Q: What are the requirements for BumbleCash?
A: You need to be able to send visitors to a special individual linking code that we provide you. This typically means you have a website where you can place a banner or set up an exit console, but there may also be other ways of generating traffic.

Q: What do I need to do to get started?
A: You need to sign up for the program as an affiliate, where you will be issued an Account Code, in addition to a unique linking code that you will use to send traffic through. You also need to submit the required paperwork as detailed on our Forms Page.

Q: I am an international webmaster, do I still need to submit any forms?
A: Yes, please download the W-8 form and submit it either via fax at 1-619.234.2791 or send it to us at:

Q: Is there a problem with my account? I've been using your hosted galleries on my tgp, but have not seen very good ratios, what am I doing wrong?
A: Mac and Bumble is a very softcore niche. It doesn't work very well with hardcore traffic so if you're having trouble with conversions, you might want to try another program. If you've got softcore traffic, we should convert very well for you.

Q: I've noticed that some galleries on other TGP's contain specialized content, is this content available to everyone? Where can I find it?
A: You only have the rights use the marketing content we provide, and only if you abide by the rules listed on our Rule Page.

Q: If someone who has cookies/tracking enabled visits, leaves and returns later to join will I get credit?
A: You will get credit for a returning visitor up to 24 hours after the user has clicked through your tracking URL.

Q: I've submitted my forms, but my account is still listed as pending. Is something wrong?
A: We may not have received your forms, please send completed forms via fax to 1-619.234.2791 and we will update your account accordingly.

Q: Do you offer a recurring webmaster program?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Do you offer any other payment methods than a check for international webmasters?
A: Not at this time, we are currently looking into the best payment solutions for international webmaster.

Q: What are your conversion ratios?
A: It's impossible to say what our conversation ratios are, because it really depends on where the traffic is coming from.

Q: I've got a new website and would like to start using the affiliate program with it. Do I need to sign up for a new account, or modify my old website info with you? Or can I continue to use the same details?
A: No, you can use your tracking code in as many places as you'd like. If you've like to be able to track the success of each website individually, you can also sign up for multiple BumbleCash accounts.

Q: How do I cancel my BumbleCash Account?
A: There's no need to cancel your BumbleCash Account, simply stop sending traffic, remove all our links and your account will be deactivated.

Q: What do I do if I'm moving - how do I change my address on my account?
A: If you have a change of address request, please fax it to 1-619-234-2791

Any change of address requests that have not been processed (.ie do not correctly reflect your new address on your stats page) should be re-faxed to 1-619-234-2791.
